Today I started, yet another regieme with an aim to loose weight and get fit. So I was at the gym at 9am this morning, shock horror. and I habe to say the first day has gone quite smoothly.

Pete had this Idea though that I should get a sin tin. A money box which I have to pay 1 pond to if I stray from my regieme, like skip exercise or eat something I shouldnt have.

Its a cute orange wv van. groovey eh. any way it has the grand totol of a pound in it as I had pudding at lunch. any way I will let you know how I get on. You know what they say the first week is the hardest
